These Terms
These terms apply to every order placed on skikt.com. Placing an order means you accept them. We may update them, and the version in force is the one published when you order.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we send a dispatch confirmation. If an item is unavailable or mispriced we may decline the order and will refund any payment in full.
Price and Payment
Prices include VAT where applicable and exclude delivery unless stated. We take payment as described on the Payments page. Obvious pricing errors are not binding on us.
Delivery and Risk
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery; title passes when we receive payment in full.
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers in the EEA may withdraw within fourteen days of receipt without giving a reason. We voluntarily extend this to thirty days — see Return & Refunds. The statutory right is unaffected by our extended policy.
Faulty Goods
Your statutory rights under the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act, or the equivalent law where you live, apply in full and are not limited by these terms.
Liability
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing Law
Norwegian law governs these terms. Disputes may be brought before the Norwegian courts, and consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform or the Norwegian Consumer Council.
