Rates and Timings

Express options are offered at checkout wherever our carriers support them. Estimates run from dispatch, not from order — orders placed before 13:00 CET on a working day are dispatched the same day.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking link the moment your parcel leaves us. If the tracking has not moved for three working days, contact hello@skikt.com and we will chase the carrier for you.
Duties and Taxes
All orders within Norway are delivered duty paid (including 25% MVA) — the price at checkout is the final price you pay. There are no additional customs or import fees.
Missed Deliveries
Carriers make two attempts before returning a parcel to a local pickup point, where it is normally held for seven days. Parcels returned to us after that are refunded less the outbound shipping cost.
