We are a small, deliberately flat team split between our studio and our stores. Most roles carry real ownership from the first week, and we would rather give you the whole problem than a slice of it.

How We Hire
An intro call, a conversation with the team you would join, and a short paid exercise where the role calls for one. We aim to give a decision within two weeks of the first call, and we tell you either way.
